The Liberian international striker Arcadia Martin Toe is expected in the country soon.

The player is currently based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where he has helped some other Liberian players to settle.

He is coming at a time the Liberian national football team, Lone Star, is getting ready to battle the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the third round of qualifying matches of the 2008 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

During a telephone conversation this week, Arcadia said his pending trip to Monrovia was prompted by the recent death of his mother and a baby daughter whose mother is the female striker Miatta Johnson alias Rivaldo.

Notwithstanding, the forward did not rule out the possibility of justifying his inclusion on the Lone Star if given the chance by head coach Frank Jericho Nagbe.

Arcadia has played just once for the national team and that was during the combined 2006 African Nations Cup and World Cup qualifiers.
